As part of your participation in the Cannabis Industry Awards we collect various kinds of information relating to you and your business, including your responses to the entry forms. We may share this information with our related entities, business partners, Sponsors or providers engaged to help us with the Awards, and may continue to do so, even after you have participated in the Awards.


By participating you consent those with access to your information to use it to administer the Awards, send you marketing, invite you to be part of our initiatives including case studies, polls/surveys and to improve any products and services of ours, our related entities and our Sponsors.

Cannabis Industry Awards takes its obligations under The Privacy Act, 1988 (Cth) (“act”) and the Australian Privacy Principles seriously. Cannabis Industry Awards respects the right to privacy of its judges, nominees, and others with whom it deals, and understands the need to protect your personal information. This privacy policy sets out how Cannabis Industry Awards manages your personal information. Cannabis Industry Awards takes all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information about its customers is destroyed when it is no longer required.

Access to your personal information

Cannabis Industry Awards will give you access to your personal information which it holds about you. Your right to access your personal information as held by Cannabis Industry Awards is subject to certain exceptions allowed by law and may be affected by matters such as:
